Answering Your Questions

Admissions FAQs

Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, most commercial PPO & POS insurance plans are accepted. An admissions specialist can help navigate the logistics of admissions.

Will my contact & treatment be confidential?

Treatment is 100% confidential. The only ones allowed access to a client’s treatment documents are the individuals themselves or parties put on consent which is determined by the client.

Will I have access to my phone or laptop?
We recognize the importance of maintaining communication between Clients and their loved ones. We also understand that professionals and executives still have correspondence responsibilities while in our care. We have a short 72 hour period “gray out” during your detox with “limited” use of your electronics at Rise in Malibu. You get ‘FULL” access to your electronics after the 72 Hour “Gray out”
Will I have my own room?

We believe that our clients need a private space to ensure they have a place to maintain their privacy and confidentiality. This is especially important for individuals who may feel uncomfortable sharing living quarters with others or discussing personal issues in a shared space. For this reason, all of Rise in Malibu’s rooms are single occupancy, and all have en-suite bathrooms.

Will I be able to have visitors?

We feel that every client should have a healthy support system. This could be family, friends, or even a sober support community. We encourage visitors while you are in treatment. We have weekly visiting hours and a robust family program that helps teach family and friends the best ways to support the clients during and after treatment.
