Emily Broms is an LA-based yoga teacher with over a decade of experience practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and breath work. Her focus is on bringing stress reduction and mindfulness practice to all. She also works with the recovery community as a holistic specialist.
Her yoga classes range from challenging yoga flows to restorative sessions with sound healing. She trained at Asta Yoga in San Francisco, and Yogaworks in Los Angeles, and is a certified Reiki healer.
Emily’s passion is supporting others in finding their way back to themselves. She believes yoga is a journey to the self and reminds us that no one can do it for you, but you don’t have to do it alone.
